Located just east of downtown Kansas City, Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is a Midwestern entertainment hub that offers something for everyone.  Ameristar Kansas City has  one of the largest casino floors in Missouri, six dining venues, a newly renovated luxury hotel, 18 movie screens, Kids Quest, an on-site childcare center and more.

Ameristar also offers convenient parking in a five-level, 2,660 space parking structure with an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway to the casino and entertainment center.  Ameristar Kansas City is seeking a Restaurant Runner for the Great Plains Cattle Company.  Great Plains is the fine dining steakhouse in Ameristar Kansas City with an experienced team serving delicious steaks, seafood, creative cocktails and fine wines.  Become part of a team that works together in a friendly and profitable environment.  Earn $$$$ daily while working in fun atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist servers throughout meal service
Stock and replenish side stations with ice and service ware
Serve and replenish water and bread baskets table-side
Remove dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to dish area
Clean and reset tables with proper service ware
Additional tasks may be assigned

REQUIRED BEHAVIORS
Outgoing and personable-SMILE
Maintain a positive attitude even in stressful and very busy situations-our steakhouse is great and it gets busy!

Must be able to communicate and interact in a friendly and professional manner guests and team members. 
Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more
Must be punctual
