Job Description We are looking for outgoing and energetic employees that are looking to spend their summers outdoors, setting up catering events and cooking on site so that customers have no worries during their weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, etc.

Responsibilities include: Going over packing lists to make sure company vans are appropriately stocked with the right food and equipment before going out for the day Talking to the host of the event to see where they would like everything set up Setting up all of the grilling equipment in a timely and neat fashion Cooking meats, proteins, and sides correctly for customer satisfaction Cleaning up everything after the event and loading the van, so that the customers do not need to clean anything that we brought with us Unloading the van at the end of the day Job does require standing and moving throughout the day.

Regularly carrying heavy equipment, coolers full of food, propane tanks, etc.

We will train candidates on all steps of the catering process as well as how to cook everything.

Experience not needed but is appreciated.

This position is also flexible to include hours inside our restaurant.

We are open Thurs, Fri, Sat 3-7, as well as Sun 12-4.

New catering employees can seek additional hours there and help us with our take out business.
