Job Description Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Bartender to join the team at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa.
The Bartender willprepare and serve drinks at the bar.

Position Description & Job ResponsibilitiesCompose and be knowledgeable of standard drinks and liquors or wines specific to the restaurant bar.Plan and maintain par levels for bar inventory.
Prepare daily orders for bar items to maintain pars.Responsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting Department.Perform accurate bar inventory as deemed necessary by the Restaurant Manager.Responsible for highlighting and promoting beverage offerings during services.Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas that apply to the bar.Maintain perfectly crisp uniform.Greet guests as they enter restaurant.Deliver cocktails to tables as needed.Assist the Food and Beverage department as needed.
Formal Education and Job-Related RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent with three years bartending experience.One-year fine dining or high-end resort experience preferredExtensive liquor, beer, wine and mixology knowledge.Excellent customer service skills.
Job-Related Physical RequirementsOccasional Sitting, Pushing and Pulling, Lifting up to 70 lbs.
and Fine Motor Skills; Frequent, Bending, Reaching, & Carrying up to 50lbs.
Constant Standing and Lifting to 10lbs.
