We are looking for a Part Time experienced Bartender for the Tuscany Gardens Restaurant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages including non-alcoholic as ordered.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
Anticipate customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Assist servers with drinks and checks.
Run register and maintain transactions and paper work according to company standards
Making food and beverage recommendations to guests as appropriate.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 years old.
Must have craft cocktail and bar tendering experience, including 2 years’ experience of restaurant service.
The candidate is required to have basic wine, beer and spirits knowledge.
Must have a valid NV Health, TAM, and Non-Gaming cards.
