POSITIONSUMMARY

As a Line Cook II at Snowshoe you can have the best of both worlds. Our resort has a variety of dining outlets ranging from high volume, cafeteria style locations to upscale, full-service restaurants and then everything in between. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stock and set up kitchen stationswill allnecessarysupplies
  • Pre-preparing food for service(i.e., chopping,cutting,mixing,or prepping sauces)
  • Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team
  • Ensureworkstationand kitchen are kept clean
  • Stock inventoryappropriately
  • Ensure menu items come out equally in high quality andtimelyfashion
  • Practicenutrition and sanitationrequirements byproperfood handling and storage
  • Other tasks as assigned by executive/souschef or kitchen manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS& QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

1-3 years of experience as a Line Cook I or equivalent position

Basic written and verbal communication skills
