2120 in Downtown Seattle, a casual fine dining restaurant, is seeking a highly qualified Line Cook to join our small family and cook alongside Executive Chef Kyle Quinn and his Sous Chef Nick Brown.Cleanliness, motivation, and a sense of urgency are a must, creativity and ambition are highly regarded. Weekend availability is a must.We are a seasonal restaurant that prides itself on excellent technique, consistently phenomenal food, and high-quality products. We are a drug and drama free independently owned establishment with a proven record of taking care of its employees.Compensation is hourly, based on experience, with a very generous share of tips added.
