We are Apex Leadership Co.
We are committed to bringing fitness, fun and an impactful leadership program to local Elementary Schools.
Schools hire us to come on campus for two-week programs to energize their students, mentor their students, deliver awesome leadership lessons, and help them raise much needed money for their school and PTA organizations.

TEAM MEMBER
– Overview
We are seeking only top-notch, and energetic individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of our youth!
A passion, desire and excitement interacting and working with kids is a must!
As an Apex Team Member, you will be on campus at local elementary and middle schools for 2-week program periods to inspire kids.
You will be active in physical activities such as playing with students at recess, delivering brief put powerful classroom leadership lessons, facilitating a high energy fitness activity such as a Fun Run or Fitness/Move Event.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach and present brief classroom leadership lessons in elementary schools.
Plan, coordinate and facilitate a fun fitness school event.
Play, coordinate games, and have fun with students during recess and other times on campus.
Inspire students by always demonstrating and being an excellent role model.
MUST-HAVES:
Strong character, integrity, and work ethics!
Energy, Energy, Energy!

Energetic and outgoing fun and bubbly personality!
Athletic and physical ability to actively participate in Fun Run and Fitness Move events with students as well as keep up with them at school recess.
Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
Reliable, dependable, organized and ability to quickly improvise on the fly.
Dependable transportation and ability to travel up to 40 miles to serve schools.
A clean background-check.
Covid 19 vaccination.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior experience working with kids, youth.
· Prior experience mentoring, coaching, sports, acting, teaching, camp counselor or youth activities.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
· Young adults that are energetic with a very positive personality!
· Physically fit young adults that can keep up with kids!
· Big and Fun personality that others want to connect with!
DETAILS:
This opportunity is serving South, East King County, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties.
The job aligns with elementary school schedules and hours typically 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday thru Friday.
Evenings, weekends, holidays, and summers are off.
You are paid weekly, when serving schools.
Opportunity to grow in role responsibility as well as compensation incentives.
Options for Full-time & Part-time positions.
Compensation based on experience: $700.00
– $800.00 per week.
Additional program compensation options also available.
This position will begin in January 2022.
