Job Description:Hearthstone LPN or RN (FT or RPT) York General Hearthstone has full-time or part-time LPN positions available.

This position is a leadership role.

It involves managing the needs of our residents, as well as guiding Medication Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.

Applicant must be compassionate and possess strong decision making, organization, communication, and documentation skills.

Applicant must have graduated from an accredited LPN program, and possess current Nebraska license and BLS certification.
