Who Are You?
You’re a self starter.
You like to work independently and collaborate effectively with your peers
You’re an experienced photographer, particularly in real estate/architecture/lifestyle
You love photographing real estate and capturing the architectural details or highlighting the furniture within a property
You know the importance of being punctual
You’re obsessed with details and always make sure to declutter the space and place that cushion in the right spot before you take your photo
You know the importance of capturing natural light and making the photo feel alive

Responsibilities
You will play a big role in telling the story of Codi workspace can be, through photos and videos.
You’ll connect directly with property management to upon arrival for photo shoots
You’ll be the vision expert, taking great photos and implementing phenomenal editing to highlight natural light, workspace areas and unique property features
You’ll record and create video tours for our listings
You’ll return photos & videos within 48-72hrs of shooting so that we can keep our listings up to date
You’re willing to do multiple shoots per week and even per day
You’ll complete shoot report checklists and share them with the Codi team at the end of each shoot
Requirements
1-2 years experience of real estate photography/architecture and video tours
You have excellent customer service and communication skills
You have access to a DSLR camera or smart phone (iPhone 11 or newer/equivalent) with the ability to shoot in AEB mode and a wide-angle lens
Extra points if you have a Matterport Camera, any model, or the compatible Ricoh Theta Z1, for capturing real estate properties in a 3D model
You own video equipment capable of 1080p/60fps.
Minimum requirement an iPhone 11 (or newer) or a comparable Android, with a gimbal and a wide-angle lens attachment
Impressive turnaround time for edits and revision requests
Tech-savvy (e.g.
deputy, slack, google suite, zoom & google hangout)
Reliable transportation as you will be servicing an extensive market area
