As our Applications Engineer, you will have accountability and shared responsibility to ensure customer product expectations are satisfied, leading to sustainable business growth for our US RF & Microwave Division, in Peabody MA.

There will be close coordination with operations and engineering for success with new product initiatives.
You will work closely with the Corporate Regional Sales and Marketing Team developing territory strategies and addressing new business opportunities.What will you be Empowered to do:Work up technical quotes and address customer issues through new business opportunitiesDevelop, evaluate, and improve quoting and reporting processesDevelop marketing and technical material to support new business growthSet and deploy territory strategiesBuild relationships with customers through face to face visits and/or virtual engagementsCriteria for Success:BS degree required and 3-5 years of relevant experienceAnalytical thinker with demonstrated technical ability to perform specification reviews and consolidate notes to pass to internal customersTeam player who can work across internal and external customersCommitment to Winchester’s values of accountability, collaboration, and empowerment.Compiles and uses data, databases, ERP systems, spreadsheets, etc.
