West Tasting Room: Wine Tasting Room Associates

WINE TASTING ROOM/RETAIL ASSOCIATEWest Tasting Room is a wine retail shop and tasting room showcasing wines from the west coast.

We invite our guests to have a glass, flight, or bottle in our tasting room or purchase wine to take home from our retail shop.

We also offer a light-fare, cold menu.West is opening its doors in early July and we’re looking to build a dynamic team and strong infrastructure so we can execute our operations efficiently and successfully.

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals with a background in customer service or hospitality that can provide excellent customer service to our guests.Responsibilities include assisting customers with retail wine selections, wine club membership promotion and sales, wine and food service, customer transactions and assistance with wine classes/events.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 1 year hospitality or sales experience (food and beverage express preferred)Passion for food, wine and the hospitality industryBasic familiarity with POS systems and customer payment transactionsExcellent communication skills, attention to detail and task follow-throughAbility to work nights and weekendsMust be over 21 years of ageBENEFITS:$14/hour + tipsEmployee discount on wineWine education and growthFlexible schedulePotential for advancement and growthFun working environmentAvailable Positions: Full-time and Part-Time Positions
