We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our WebMD product team.
You will work side-by-side with QA team members and SDETs to create and deliver quality solutions with the scalability to serve our rapidly growing private health portal business.
An ideal candidate for this position can jump into our on-going projects and come up to speed quickly, and perform a risk analysis to make the best use of their time.
We expect excellent knowledge of software testing practices, test automation and prior experience working cross-functionally using agile methodologies.
Requirements
● Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
● 4 equivalent work experience in QA Responsibilities:
● Create and execute test cases based on test strategy
● Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies
● Execute web and mobile tests for multiple testing cycles
● Use appropriate test methods (i.E.
security, integration, accessibility, regression, browser compatibility and non-functional)
● Able to deploy code to multiple environments
● Experience reading and writing SQL queries
● Verification of the product for defect prevention
● Perform defect analysis and suggest improvements
● Conduct code reviews on microservices/API/UI updates
● Review offshore QAs test cases
● A good understanding of our business
● Collaborate across teams and departments to lead other QAs in best practices
● Identify and help mitigate risks
● Run automation scripts in either Selenium or Pester frameworks Desired:
● Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket and Jenkins
● Develop with C#, Java or .Net
● Continuous integration or continuous delivery environment knowledge using Jenkins, TeamCity, GIT or equivalent tools preferred
● Experience testing health care systems, knowledge of health care industry data formats and standards
