This position is a Part Time role.
This position will be responsible for completing appraisal reviews for SitusAMCs institutional consulting engagements.
This candidate would provide high level review services, on an as needed basis.
Essential Job Functions
Efficiently manage workflow
Help execute valuation reviews and client consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
Review 3rd party appraisal reports
Develop reviews, consulting reports and other deliverables
Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties
Work independently on projects and also collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
– Preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance
15+ years of commercial appraisal experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certified General Real Property Appraiser License is a plus
MAI designation is strongly preferred
Strong valuation expertise
Skills MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus
Special Requirements
The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment
When / if working remotely (a) maintenance of a safe and professional home/work environment and (b) appropriate IT set-up including dual monitors and appropriate computer systems
Working Conditions
Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use
Alternating between sitting or standing as needed
Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping
