Vineyard Tasting Room Server

Hamilton Pool Vineyards and Farm is seeking food and wine loving hospitality professionals for our tasting room service staff. We are in an excellent position to provide a unique experience the Texas hill country through our excellent Texas wine list, a beautiful courtyard on our 11 acre estate vineyard enhanced by food coming directly off of our 2 acre organic and regenerative farm. We now just need individuals with the right passion for great food and great wine who appreciate the natural beauty and bounty of the Texas hill country and represent our brand with the guests.We are proud of our product and we believe it represents the accelerating quality of Texas wines. Servers will understand and appreciate the layered complexities of our wines and the purpose and intent of each bottle, with the expectation that they share this experience with our guests with enthusiasm. Every tasting is truly a performance, and the perfect candidate is one with the passion and hospitality expertise to deliver wonderful and communal experiences through food and wine.In addition to our tasting room service we also do large scale events, including corporate gatherings, upscale dinners, outdoor festivities and of course impeccable hill country weddings. We expect our tasting room staff to be on call for events in addition to regular service, but we have part time and full time positions available. The most important quality in a candidate is that they believe in our ambitions to provide 100% farm to table organic cuisine and cutting edge Texas wines, and are willing come together with our motivated team to accomplish that goal.Our management team consists of long time service industry professionals who truly understand the struggles and lifestyle of working in hospitality. We’ve all come this far and we believe in making much needed changes in our industry and we have developed a culture based on mutual respect and empathy.
