The Owner Services Coordinator will offer support to our One Spruce Peak and Club Residence owners to enhance their Spruce Peak experiences. They will be responsible for planning and coordinating special services for the owners, answering incoming calls, and resolving issues in a friendly and helpful manner. The ideal candidate will be a strong and effective communicator, well-organized, and can multitask.

Essential Functions

• Create an elevated service for OSP/CRSP owners, members, and their guests to provide impactful memories while at The Club and Spruce Peak
• Provides assistance to owners/guests with personalized service and communicates directly in person, by telephone, and/or email
• Offers and provides a personal experience to owners prior to their stay to answer any questions, note preferences, make reservations and log appropriate information to all departments.
• Gathers and records information by creating owner profiles and uses owner preferences to ensure a high level of owner recognition and personalized service
• Has an understanding of accounting in respect to the owner and member billing to assist needs
