You are:
A Cyber Security professional and enthusiast, who is seeking opportunities to evolve his/her craft by understanding latest cyber threats and help clients identify intrusion in their respective environments.

In order to effectively do this, you leverage cutting edge Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) data analytics, as well as network/endpoint detection and response technologies for investigating any malicious activity in customer’s on-prem and cloud environments.
The work:
The IAM Lead Manager serves as the day to day lead for Access and Credential Management for the program.

The lead will serve as the management point of contact for U.S.

Federal Government clients directly involved in access management and oversee a team of analysts and consultants who execute system access policies and procedures, issue MFA and user access credentials, and support and maintain personnel security records for project personnel as required by the contact.

The IAM Lead will consult with teams across the account on development work to ensure ongoing compliance with security requirements for all system changes.

Must have experience with NIST 800 53 system security requirements, specifically Access and Identification Authentication controls, as well as familiarity with cloud computing standards e.g.

AWS IAM .

Strong communication skills, and team and client management skills are necessary for success.
Here’s what you need:

5+ years hands on experiencewith Identity and Access Management and IAM Operations
Experience interacting with Client leadership
Experience leading teams
Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Bonus points if you have:
Program and Project Management experience
Security +, CISSP certifications
Consulting experience is a plus
Audit and compliance on delivery side a plus

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
