This is a Full-time position in Canonsburg, PA posted April 27, 2021.
We have a client located in the Canonsburg, PA area seeking a Virtual Design Construction Specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting alongside a team.
This person is ideally well-versed in electrical construction and the design tool, Revit.
Duties:
– Aids in the development of producing, editing and coordinating 3D object-oriented models
– Supports Pre-construction, Pre-Fabrication and Construction teams with model related issues
– Assists Executive Team and estimating department with requests for proposals and presentations REQUIREMENTS:
– Solve problems with a strong sense of urgency
– Produce 3D models in Revit
– Ability to analyze/read construction documents
– Construction experience or an Associate’s degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design
– Experience with Navisworks Manage is preferred
– Competency creating models from a 2D document
– Ability to accurately read floor plans, sections, and elevations
– Learn/use various software and hardware
– Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Interoffice collaboration skills
