We are looking for candidates to provide excellent customer service to our members and guest while parking and retrieving their vehicles.

Valet Attendants are responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience for all members and guests.

This position has shifts Tuesday
– Sunday with hours that vary based on events at the club.

These flexible hours include mornings, afternoons, evenings, split shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.Responsibilities include warmly greeting arriving and departing guests, running to park and retrieve vehicles, opening doors, and providing information and directions.

Vehicles should be driven courteously, safely, and efficiently according to the company standards.

Valet Attendants are responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience for all guests.

Valets must also express kindness, empathy, and patience.Strict Covid-19 safety protocols are in place to protect attendants, members, and guests.

The attendant must be comfortable wearing a mask for each shift.Essential Qualifications:Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.Do not have any tickets or accidents, whether at fault or not, within 4 years or more.Technical knowledge and dexterity to operate with manual transmissions.Technical knowledge and dexterity to operate electric and/or hybrid vehicles.Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, patrons, and management with English language proficiency.Employees must have a smart mobile phone with access to the internet and emailPhysical Requirements:Ability to meet all physical expectations of valet parking to include:Physical ability to run to retrieve vehicles.Ability to stand for long periods.Bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, podium, wheelchairs, etc.)Ability to work outside in heat, rain, snow, wind, or cold weather.Grooming Standards:No visible tattoos (must be covered with clothing, sweatbands, or Band-Aids)Hair to be clean and well-groomed.

For males, length no longer than 1 / 2 inches above the collar.

No extreme hairstylesNo visible piercings.
