We are currently seeking an A-player to join our Single Family Real Estate Investment team.

nn nn n nn nnBMC is seeking to hire a full-time Single Family Underwriter for investment real estate.

BMC provides loans up to $5M for construction, value add, gap and bridge financing for new construction, renovations and repositioning of commercial real estate and single family residential projects located throughout the Southwest and Southeast.

nn nnPosition nn nn n nn nnThe Investment Single Family Real Estate Underwriter will be responsible for receiving loan applications for distressed, non-owner occupied single family residential properties and coordinate all underwriting activities related to both borrower and property to determine loan size and amount according to the appropriate loan program.

These activities include reviewing rehab budgets and reviewing appraisals as well as investigating, tracking, and reporting of all issues in a timely and accurate manner to obtain this final loan amount.nn
