We are looking for energetic, positive individuals to work as Instructors (Tutors) in a Lindamood-Bell® Learning Center. We teach students of all ages to read and comprehend to their potential, including those with a previous diagnosis such as dyslexia or autism spectrum disorder.
Lindamood-Bell instruction is implemented by Instructors we call Clinicians, under the guidance of Learning Center instructional leaders utilizing our co-founders’ evidence-based programs. Clinicians work with students individually, in small group settings, and/or online, implementing specific lesson plans for reading, language comprehension, and math. They may also facilitate curriculum for students enrolled in our private school, Lindamood-Bell Academy.
These are regular full-time and part-time positions. Paid training in the programs used by Lindamood-Bell is provided. Required hours during the paid training are generally 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, for two weeks. Following the training, full-time employees will be scheduled at least 30 hours a week, and part-time employees will generally be scheduled less than 30 hours a week.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate’s degree or actively pursuing a degree is acceptable.
