– 10: 30 pm As a Repair Triage associate, you will occasionally be called upon to perform other duties not included in this job description.  As part of a team environment, this position requires employees to maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with others.

The ideal candidate will be self directed, highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills.  This candidate will need to have a sense of ownership and display enthusiasm in developing, improving, and expanding a growing repair lab.

  The Repair Triage position is a full-time,  responsible for supporting Repair Operations to ensure an organized and timely process for completing repair production orders and projects.

  SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:  This position utilizes entry level experience, skills and knowledge to the electronics test and repair industry.  The Repair Triage position’ s primary role is to coordinate with Repair Supervisors and Turnaround Coordinator to take on and complete tasks that benefit the repair process and help achieve performance goals for the Repair Team.

Triage Duties: Pre-screen product to determine initial status Check for external product damage Perform product power-up when needed Maintenance Duties: Perform cosmetic part replacement when trained to do so Cleaning product when needed to prepare for technicians and repair process   SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED   Basic understanding of electronics a plus Must possess good verbal and written communication skills Ability to use functional and situational reasoning Should possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of work Demonstrated ability to perform tasks to completion Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to perform tasks involving moderately heavy objects (20 to 75 pounds) Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling of boxes, as well as frequent movement (walking) throughout the lab.

This position will work with management and employees to facilitate work and accomplish objectives in a collaborative effort.

This position will report to the Director of Repair Services.
