Ajilon is seeking a dynamic Training Facilitator for a reputable client that is currently growing.
The Training Facilitator will play a key role in ensuring that their growth has a customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate will spearhead the planning, coordinating, and implementation of all training materials with the curriculum just finished and ready for rollout.
You will effectively monitor and present updates to relevant stakeholders, executives, and other team members throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Take full control of Training and facilitating classes of 15-20 each
– 1 per week roughly Update stakeholders and the executive team on progress Coach and support trainees and team members Maintain a reasonable headcount per class and see that they graduate from training Work simultaneously on multiple projects and classes that will overlap Assign team leads and hold them accountable for their contributions and KPI’s Support business objectives to help with overall growth Sustain a great work culture and drive training efforts through all departments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in corporate training and facilitating Strong verbal, written, communication skills and strong organizational skills Minimum 3 years Training Facilitator experience in a corporate setting
Skills
Strong training background highly preferred Knowledge of implementations is highly desired Ability to multi-task under tense situations Knowledge of Call Center operations is highly desired but not a deal-breaker Ability to coach and mentor Strong people skills A winning attitude
