Profile:Come from a reasonable education (not necessarily Harvard but still a good school)Engineering / Economics or similar degreeMust have trading desk experience, 2-3 years is ideal, support functionMust have picked up Fixed income and Commodities knowledge/experience (we cover Ag, Energy, Metals though not electricity)Role:Fairly quantatativeSome trading though mainly support in addition to management of a non-linear bookWould be classed as a step above pure trade support, someone who is looking for more responsibilitiesWe need someone who can go with the flow, the systems don’t always work so we want someone who can crack on and not complain.Anyone who is leaving because they have conflicts with their team or manager is not going to be a fit.Experience:• Trading: 3 years (Required)Education:• Bachelor’s (Required)Location:• New York, NY (Required)
