Title Processor

RemX has partnered with a large national real estate/title company to assist in their search for a remote Title Processor. Although this is remote, candidates will need to reside in either PA, VA, or MD. The Title Processor would be responsible for managing each file from start to finish and will oversee the title and closings for a designated market. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity with growth potential.Title Processor Job Description:• The main point of contact for the buyers, sellers, and agents• Manage each file from start to finish and make sure each team member is completing their workflow.• Obtain pertinent info from customers/agents for the title department to clear the title• Overseeing title and closing for all residential projects/clients in your market• Managing assigned tasking for yourself and your support team• Verifying title clearance of assigned files before closing• Working with the support team on title defects, issues, as well as a review of all entity documents for sufficiency.• Reviewing closing documents before, and after, closing to ensure completeness and accuracy• Ensure the file is balanced before sent to funding• Ensure that documents for recording are complete and ready to record before sending to post-closing.Job RequirementsTitle Processor Requirements:• Must currently reside in PA, VA, or MD for consideration.• At least 3 years of current title processing experience.• High school diploma or equivalent• A combination of organization and attention to detail• Tech-savvy: comfortable with technology and learn new programs quickly
