This is a Full-time position in Omaha, NE posted January 22, 2022.
Title Underwriter: Candidate will work with title examiners to prepare files for closing.
Interpret completed attorney title opinions and related documentation necessary to produce title insurance binders/commitments, policies and endorsements.
Ideal candidate would have 3 years of experience in title or legal industry.
Candidate will have the opportunity to work in the commercial real estate side of the business including 1031 exchanges. Candidate will ensure that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
Salary is negotiable and based upon experience.
