This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Time and Attendance Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Time and Attendance Analyst will include:
- Compensation (Range): $125/ hour
- Experience with implementing and/or configuring Workforce Software and system infrastructure (similar experience with Workbrain, Workforce Software, ADP eTime, Kronos, or Ceridian suite of time and attendance software will be considered)
- In depth knowledge and ability to analyze complex time and attendance data and potential impacts of changes including, but not limited to, pay rules, work rules, union rules, pay codes, queries, update holidays, employee records modification, workforce attendance, and calculated accrual configurations
- Conduct fit-gap analysis of the gathered requirements, to develop a matrix of requirements that can be satisfied by configuring the timekeeping application that qualify as a Fit and those that will require a workaround or custom solution as a Gap.
- Conduct additional impact analysis for changes
- Experience facilitating meetings
- Understanding of data management concepts including data integration, quality, governance, and Architecture.
- Experience working with clients and/or upper management to understand business requirements and gather additional information to support data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues and executives
- Comfort working with groups, as well as sensitivity to individual, group, and organizational dynamics
- Domain expertise in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance
- Effectively communicate changes and updates to documents, processes and systems.
- Experience in partnering with various functional business areas to gather and document business requirements and to analyze and synthesize information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
- Experience working in small-to-medium teams to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables
- Identify payroll vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the confidentiality and retention of payroll information and records in accordance with established policies

Job Requirements
As a Time and Attendance Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 5+ years experience supporting and analyzing timekeeping and payroll processes and systems
- Experience in issue resolution, problem solving, and facilitating business process redesign
- Project management experience
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Knowledge of Payroll / Time and Attendance policies, processes and procedures
- Knowledge of payroll laws, rules and regulations pertaining to payroll
- Knowledge of conducting analysis and reporting
