Located right downtown, on the ground level of the brand new Thompson and Tommie Hotels. A full counter/Dine In experience that is fun, fast paced and memorable providing Grab and Go Food, Beer, Wine, Groceries and More.Our Chef The Grey Market-Austin will be overseen by Executive Chef and partner, Mashama Bailey, who has been heading up The Grey’s kitchen since its founding in 2014. Mashama’s food and cooking style have brought numerous accolades and you can see much of this on Netflix’s series “Chef’s Table” or on MasterClass. The kitchen team on the ground is led by Chef de Cuisine Kristine Kittrell who has been a mainstay in Austin kitchens for 20 years.
