Our client, a well-respected University in Boston, is seeking Temporary Office Administrator to join their team for a 6+ month contract assignment.

In this role, the Office Administrator will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, greeting students who come in for advising appointments, data entry for job postings, and calendar support for advising appointments.

The ideal candidate will be organized, customer service-oriented, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 1+ years of prior work experience, and an interest in legal is preferred but not necessary.

The role is slated as a 6+ month contract and can compensate up to $20/hr depending on candidate experience.
