Temporary Nursing Aide (non-certified)

Wellmore of Daniel Island is now hiring non-certified Temporary Nursing Aides to assist with caregiving for our residents in Assisted Living, Skilled nursing & Memory Care. This position is temporary (as needed) and has been designed to assist in various task in our Care Service (healthcare) departments during this pandemic.

Temporary Nursing Aides will be eligible for:

Teledoc! FREE virtual on-demand 24/7 U.S. board-certified doctors to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for all Team Members and their families!

Daily Pay! Work a minimum of one day and be eligible for advances on your pay!

Experience and Skills

A. Education

High school diploma or GED required.

At least 18 years of age.

B. Direct Previous Experience

1-2 years’ experience in a similar healthcare position desired.

C. Skills:

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality.

D. Abilities:

Work indoors for the majority of the work day (fluorescent lights, HVAC system, carpeted/vinyl flooring).

Climb up to 2-3 flights of stairs occasionally.

Lift objects of 25 pounds or less over the head.

Move objects of 40 pounds or less.

Ability to work in time-sensitive or stressful situations.

Sit in a chair / stand for extended periods.

Respond to medical emergencies in all areas of the community.

Assist with resident evacuations.
