Temporary Data Entry Administrator

Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Boston is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract.

In this role the Data Entry Administrator will review contracts to identify pertinent information to enter into Vendor and Contracts Management System, create reports, maintain polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail, ensure appropriate follow ups, assist with ad hoc projects and manage scheduling and meeting preparation.

The ideal candidate will have administrative and data entry experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This role can compensate up to $20/hour on a Monday
– Friday basis.
