Part-time positions are available in most locations. Team members must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Sub’s.Additional Requirements:Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skillsAbility to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shiftAbility to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° FEssential Functions include:Responsible for customer product and service standardsFoster an environment of team workResponsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experienceGreet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contactExecute quality store operationsClean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessaryMust be able to operate food preparation machineryAdhere to all food, safety and security guidelinesMust be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
