Team Lead

Pay: $50,000.00 /annually

Want to lead a team in a manufacturing environment?

We have a Direct Hire opportunity in Mooresville, IN which will allow you to gain leadership experience! 

Team Lead Details:

• Oversee three manufacturing lines
• 6p-6a on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Lead and facilitate team meetings
• Communicate line issues to maintenance
• Ensure line remains stocked with raw material
• Ensure team is meeting daily goals and the line speed is adequate. 
• Pay starting at $50,000/year

Team Lead Qualifications:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic Math and Computer skills.
• HSD/GED

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
