We are looking for a Tax Senior who is experienced in corporate taxation and can support the Servco tax team in multiple areas as our business continues to grow in both size and complexity.
This is the perfect role for a tax professional who enjoys new challenges, likes to think outside the box, and has the desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare U.S.
federal and state income tax returns and other key tax compliance deliverables
- Assist with U.S.
tax provision and key components of global tax provision for annual U.S.
GAAP financial statements
- Perform tax technical research in connection with business initiatives and as other departments reach out to the tax team for guidance
- Coordinate with our external tax providers on international tax reporting efforts and perform review over deliverables
- Contribute to cross-functional projects as well as process improvement efforts
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field of study
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience at a national accounting firm and/or internal tax department at a mid
– to large-sized company - Experience with U.S.
corporate income taxation, including compliance and general technical principles
- Prior experience with OneSource tax software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
