Our Professional Services team is currently looking for a Talent Management Employee Engagement Analyst to deliver innovative solutions for our client.
***Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (the clearance process would start at the time a contingent offer was made)
***As a requirement of the Security Clearance, candidates must be US Citizens per our contract agreement
Location: The team is currently remote but candidates must be local to the Washington DC metro area (some onsite work in Rosslyn, VA may be required down the road at times
– TBD)
Overview/Responsibilities:
A Talent Management Employee Engagement Analyst will help lead the strategic plan for Employee Engagement activities for a federal client.
Activities include identifying high level requirements, conducting interviews with stakeholders, researching industry best practices, proposing strategic recommendations, and developing recommendations and presentations to present progress to stakeholders.
This individual will work closely with the development and implementation of Employee Burnout sessions, culture assessments, and the Talent Management newsletter.
In this role, the individual is expected to work closely with HR stakeholders and leverage existing offline materials to create a standardized employee engagement model.
They will need to be self-starting, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
They will frequently interact with clients and stakeholders through interviews, discussions, and working group/committee meetings.
They will also be expected to draft high-quality deliverables ranging from meeting minutes through strategic recommendations reports.
Qualifications:
3+ years in HR
2+ year of client-facing consulting experience
2-5 years Talent Management/human capital experience
2-5 years experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience developing high-quality deliverables (PowerPoints, reports, Excel documents)
Strong critical thinking/analytical skills
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting assessments/analyzing HR data
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
