This is a Contract position in Phoenix, AZ posted September 30, 2021.

PACCAR is a global technology leader in the design, manufacture and customer support of high-quality light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates.

PACCAR also designs and manufactures advanced diesel engines, provides financial services and information technology, and distributes truck parts related to its principal business.

Position Summary PACCAR is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Technical Recruiter to support our business growth.

You will support our hiring managers in successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through social media, talent pools, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing strategies.

This role will be based in Bellevue, Wa supporting out technical positions in the Puget Sound.

Get started Job Functions / Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruiting
– source talent, screen candidates, develop recruiting marketing strategy, coordinate end-to-end interview processes, and partner with other recruiting team members.

Partner with Hiring Managers and develop relationships to effectively source talent.

Provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process including reliable follow-up and follow-through.

Effectively build talent communities and drive brand awareness through various channels (i.e.

LinkedIn, Indeed, career sites) Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree required 3 years of full-cycle Engineering-and / or IT recruiting experience required Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably with SAP SuccessFactors Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines Metric driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communicator and customer service oriented Ability to visit the Mount Vernon, Renton, and Bellevue locations.
