GOAT is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team to support Marketing and Communications (including but not limited to: Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, Product Marketing, Growth Analytics and more) recruitment.
The ideal candidate has full-cycle digital marketing, media and technical recruiting experience and a passion for people, product-focused technology, and candidate experience.
The role will report into and work closely with the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, in addition to partnering closely with Marcom leadership to ensure continued success with attracting and securing top talent.
