In this role, you can work remotely, or you can office at our Corporate headquarters in Carthage (MO) or a regional office in either Chicago (IL), Lenexa (KS), Newnan (GA), Conover (NC), Fort Smith (AR), or Ontario (CA).

Job Requirements:

Essential responsibilities of a Systems Analyst (ServiceNow):

• Assist in implementation of ServiceNow via planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software code
• Provide guidance and support for systems integration
• Create and modify catalog items, portals, workflows, flow designer, and other ServiceNow development functions
• Provide support including the identification and implementation of ITIL best practice standards
• Develop reports and dashboards to meet the needs of the business, including the use of Performance Analytics
• Support functional teams and customers with project and support activities.
• Understand business and operational environments of the company
• Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and workflows in ITSM 

A few things you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of technical experience in ServiceNow
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including international

Things we consider a plus:

• ITIL Certifications
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes
