We are looking for a Systems Analyst who understands what customers really need and is passionate about crafting value and building an exceptional BPM workflow and decision automation platform. In this role you will analyze high level business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be a great team member that has solid technical expertise and experience working with product owners / squad leads, software developers, users, customers and partners to capture requirements, document use cases, write acceptance criteria, and other means used to communicate the ideal user experience … and we know that you are the one!
The ExpertiseYou Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in technology / digital products
- Experience capturing customer / user requirements, crafting use cases, writing user cases
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions with customers, users, internal teams, partners, etc.
- Experience with large user base software systems
- Experience with projects that have a multi-regional footprint and high impact
- Experience analyzing workflows that have multiple integration points preferred
- Experience with business process management (BPM) platforms preferred
- Experience with Camunda BPM a plus
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence applications a plus
- Strong systems and Business analyst skills (4 – 5 years’ experience minimum)
- Solid product management expertise
- Experience with Smart Forms integrations
- Experience with electronic notification/SMS Text product integrations

The ValueYou Deliver
- Driving the design, build, and delivery of a state-of-the-art BPM Engine
- Working closely and partner with the product owner/squad lead, technology team and business partners to gather and document requirements.
- Coordinating the delivery of the BPM product capabilities and product updates to the users.
- Working with teams across different geographical regions and time zones
- Identifying and solving sophisticated issues quickly and turning them into intuitive and intelligent solutions.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with team members, users, customers, partners in person and remote.
- Translating and conveying product strategy in the form of executable product requirements
- Understanding and detailing user scenarios, use cases, the encouraged user experience
- Defining feature lists, use cases, acceptance criteria, user flows, user personas and other artifacts in support of product development efforts
- Participating in work estimation processes for high level and detailed pieces of work
- Coordinating and facilitating product reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Agile / Scrum-related meetings
- Performing ongoing product backlog maintenance, prioritization, and resolution of defects/bugs
- Managing timeline and delivery expectations
- Working closely with various teams to test, drive implementation, and deliver capabilities and services
- Signing off on features as they are delivered through the Agile development process
- Documenting features for handoff to marketing, training, documentation, professional services, and support teams; serve as the domain specialist
- Participating proactively in developing and maintaining product team standards and tools
