We are looking for an team player to join our team as a System Administrator (Remote & Onsite).

As a System Administrator (Remote & Onsite), you will primarily be working from our office providing escalated support using ConnectWise and assisting in project based work such as migrations & deployments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience working for a MSP and is well versed in Microsoft related technologies such as O365 and Azure.

System Administrator (Remote & Onsite) Requirements :

• Experience deploying, maintaining and customizing Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Azure and Office365 environments
• Networking skills (LAN/WAN configuration and support, firewall configuration and rule creation, Wi-Fi technologies, troubleshooting of network route and connectivity issues)
• Virtualization Technologies Experience (VMWare, HyperV)
• Microsoft Server Experience
• 2+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider
• ConnectWise RMM/Ticketing experience highly desired
• Intermediate experience with Cloud Service Providers AWS or Azure
