System Administrator (Business Systems Analyst)

As a System Administrator you will be responsible for working with and supporting our stakeholders on the various internal systems and tools that run our business.

As a member of our Corporate Technology team, your job would involve: Building custom reports and dashboards Troubleshooting and resolving system issues Ensuring optimal performance of our internal systems and tools Configuring our internal systems to meet the needs of our business users Supporting agile development practices Managing stakeholder relationships What You Should HaveBachelor’s or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not necessary Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self motivated with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to take on multiple efforts while managing shifting priorities Exceptional customer service skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong technical aptitude In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
