We are looking for a motivated individual who will help us expand our business and look ahead to career growth.We are seeking an Office Assistant who is responsible for general office duties and focused on setting up caregiver interviews, onboarding them, and ongoing communication.Staffing/RecruitingResponsible for recruiting caregivers i.E., searching for applicants, scheduling, and performing interviews.Facilitate New Hire Orientation Review and process ‘new hire’ paperwork.Responds to questions regarding client and caregiver schedules.Enter data of new caregivers into online software accurately, communicate to internal and external staff accordingly.Support other staff members in developing caregiver work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.Ensure shifts are getting filled with appropriate staff.Effectively resolves issues with a positive, professional demeanor finding solutions using clear processes and protocols.Caregiver retention plan: Maintain good communication with caregivers with regular follow up calls.

Familiarize caregivers with client information, directions, times.Customer ServiceTake incoming calls and triage calls to appropriate staff membersPerform general office management tasks such as ordering office supplies, inventory, mailing, filing, scanning, support with database managementKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to organize thoughts and present them clearlyMust be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office and other basic business programs for general business use, including the preparation of marketing related materials and presentationsCustomer service-oriented and skilled in customer conflict resolution techniquesPosition requires automobile travel within designated geographical areasValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travelHave or acquire CPR/First Aid certificationEvidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) testJob QualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDProficient in Microsoft Excel1-2 years of administrative support experience in a high-volume business environmentExceptional customer service skillsExperience in in-home care agency recruitingCaregiver experience is a plusAbility to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentialityAbility to write, speak and interact clearly and professionallyBenefitsFlexible scheduleCompetitive wagesPaid sick time401k plan (available when qualifies)Ongoing paid trainingIncentives and bonusesTo apply, email your resume today to: indranighosh@synergyhomecare.com OR Complete the form below.
