As a Store Leader, you are managing and responsible for the overall sales, staff, profitability and operation of a single retail store in an assigned location.

Your primary job as a Store Leader is to ensure that all team members you work with are safe, happy, fulfilled, and successful.Key ResponsibilitiesLead team member performance management by providing timely feedback, coaching and encouragementEnsure standards of service are met by greeting and providing excellent service to all guestsRead and analyze reports, drive store performance metrics such average transaction, Sourced & Certified sales %, margin and payrollResponsible for successful operations of inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising guidelinesLead a culture where learning and sharing ABC Fine Wine & Spirits’ product and sharing knowledge with all guests and team is a priorityPerform typical management tasks including but not limited to; opening/closing the store, cash control reconciliation, and approve payrollResponsible for operational compliance according to policy to ensure safetyPerform all typical supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to; delegating tasks and assignments, scheduling, leading the hiring and training of new and existing staff, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminationsParticipate in all mandatory company-sponsored classes, including online training, attend off-site meetings as required, assist with resets, remodels, new store openings, and wine tastings at other storesThe Store Leader is the lead trainer in their store and is responsible for the proficiency of all team members in all tech platforms used by ABC, and for all store operations technologyJob Requirements21 years of age or olderAt least 6 months of experience and/or training in a management or leadership role; at least 1 year of education from a college or technical; school in Business Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven history or leadership and business agilityAbility to work a flexible schedule as business requires, night and weekends, especially during holidaysPhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain standing for long periods upwards of 8 hours at a time, frequently move about throughout the storeMust frequently lift and/or transport up to 35 pounds throughout the store including through any stockrooms or backroom on premisesOccasionally ascends and descends ladders and step stools to safely access stockroom and floor shelves as neededOur Mission is: “We make everyday celebrations better while enriching the lives of team members and by contributing to organizations that benefit families in the communities we serve.”Experience our Core Values: Respect, Empower, InspireRespect our mission, our guests and each otherEmpower each other to make an impact, no matter how smallInspire and support our Team Members and the communities they serveComplete your online application today at We look forward to helping you take the first step towards a successful ABC careerEqual employment opportunityABC is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
