Employer is seeking EIGHT (8) full-time temporary Stonemason Helper positions from 04/01/2022 to 08/01/2022. Duties include: apply caulk, sealants, or other agents to installed surfaces; apply grout between joints of bricks or tiles, using grouting trowels; arrange or store materials, machines, tools, or equipment; clean installation surfaces, equipment, tools, work sites, or storage areas, using water, chemical solutions, oxygen lances, or polishing machines; correct surface imperfections or fill chipped, cracked, or broken bricks or tiles, using fillers, adhesives, or grouting materials; cut materials to specified sizes for installation, using power saws or tile cutters; erect scaffolding or other installation structures; locate and supply materials to masons for installation; mix mortar, plaster, and grout, manually or using machines, according to standard formulas; modify material moving, mixing, grouting, grinding, polishing, or cleaning procedures, according to installation or material requirements; move or position materials such as marble slabs, assisting team members using cranes, hoists, or dollies; provide assistance in the preparation, installation, repair, or rebuilding of tile, brick, or stone surfaces; remove damaged tile, brick, or mortar, and clean or prepare surfaces, using pliers, hammers, chisels, drills, wire brushes, or metal wire anchors; remove excess grout or residue from tile or brick joints, using sponges or trowels; transport materials, tools, or machines to installation sites, manually or using conveyance equipment. REQUIREMENTS: lift 50 pounds. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is bi-weekly. Workers are paid by check on Friday. The standard work schedule is from 7:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday. The worker will be paid $18.80 and work 40 hours per week. Overtime is available as needed, and the overtime rate of pay would be 28.20/hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company’s sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is bi-weekly. The worker may be offered more than the stated hours per day, depending on weather and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours. The employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Other than those deductions set forth herein, the employer does not foresee other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due. The pay period is every two weeks. Worksite locations: Work will be performed though the following counties: Gallatin, Park, Madison, Deer Lodge, Montana. Education and Work Experience. None required. Availability of On-the-Job Training: Not Applicable. Inbound and Outbound Transportation: For workers who complete 50% or more of the work contract period, the Employer will pay or reimburse workers for subsistence expenses incurred traveling from the place the worker came (e.g., Port of Entry to the USA) to the place of employment. If the worker either completes the work contract period, or is terminated without cause and the worker has no immediate subsequent H-2B employment, the Employer will pay or reimburse the worker’s subsistence expenses incurred traveling from the place of employment back to the place the worker came from to work for the employer (generally a Port of Entry to the USA). Disclosure of Daily Subsistence amount: Current DOL regulations require daily subsistence to be provided at a daily rate during travel from $13.17 to a maximum of $55/day with receipts. Provision of Board, Lodging, or other facilities: Employer will not provide board, lodging, or other facilities. Daily Transportation: Daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) will be provided by Employer at no charge to the employee.
