Staff Auditor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce”s client, a growing NY/Long Island based multi-entity Construction management company is seeking a talented Staff Auditor who is looking for a ground floor opportunity in Lynbrook, NY.

Summary: In this high-profile role, you will work closely with the senior financial executives to develop new, effective accounting processes and internal controls.

This role has low travel, excellent compensation package and work-life balance.

Responsibilities Include: Develop processes and make recommendations to improve adherence to GAAP accounting standards Work with Program & Management Analysis Department to improve the analysis of financial and operational metrics Research supporting documentation related to the financial statements of multiple entities Address accounting issues by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations Maintain financial security by following internal controls and identifying underlying risks We offer an excellent benefits package that includes comprehensive medical/dental & vision, 401(k).

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:
