Your Impact:
The Performance Analyst will perform monthly importation, manipulation, and processing reports of our import data to sustain operational data collection efforts and the maintenance of operational datasets.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Consulting customers on business strategies based on fact-based analysis.
• Developing analytic models to capture business trends.
• Quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis or large volumes of performance data.
• Data analysis in MS Excel and other data visualization tools such as Tableau at an expert level.
• Scripting extract, transform, and load (ETL) procedures.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• BA or BS degree in a public administration, business administration, a quantitative discipline or related field; with three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience, or an MS degree in a related discipline with one (1) to three (3) years of progressive experience, or a Ph.D.
degree in a related discipline with one (1) years of progressive experience
• Strong analytical skills, and an understanding of performance measurement principles, and experience applying qualitative and quantitative methods to the analysis of organizational performance, operations, and budgetingÂ
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to apply these skills independently and broadly to meet dynamic analytical requirements
• Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Access and Excel, and experience with other business software deemed valuable
• Significant knowledge of Tableau and ability to create Tableau dashboards, Power Bi, etc…
• Understandings of basic SQL functionality
Desired Requirements (nice to have but not required, ex.
Education):Â
• Proficient in Data visualization applications, particularly Tableau
• PL/SQL, VBA, and / or Python coding experience
• Familiar with AWS cloud concepts
• Exposure to Oracle administration
• Proficiency in SQL Developer
• Proficient in MS Access

Physical Requirements:
Most work will be done at a desk or computer.
Work Environment:
General Office environment.
The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Equipment & Machines:
General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance:
Attendance is critical at all times.
Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday.
However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements.
Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.
