Red Wing Shoes is seeking a Sr.
Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Supply Chain, with integration from Business Intelligence.The Sr.
Operations Analyst will have a hands-on role in the configuration and optimization of our manufacturing department.
This role will conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.
Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities.
This role will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
The ideal candidate will bring a cross functional mix of analytical, engineering, and scheduling skills; along with a boots on the ground attitude to achieve results.
