Manager of Operations Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
The role of the Manager of Continuous Improvement is to serve as a conduit in the evaluation of processes, procedures, tools and systems by gathering information through data to understand potential improvements, efficiencies, and tools to keep CAVA as a leader in the industry.
Leading the process cross-functionally the story will be shown through data and dollars where we can maximize all parts of our business maximizing the best possible outcome for our teams and our fanatics.
What You’ll Do:
Be Responsible for identifying, gathering information, prioritizing, and piloting operational improvement projects and sharing findings
Collaborate with all levels of the organization to create the best in-store experience for our operators and our guests
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, scope and determine areas of potential improvement.
Create user stories and provide cost modeling.
Work across the organization, to develop complete solutions, gain buy-in and ensure projects are fully scoped.
Gather data and analyze solutions as well as track performance data of pilot stores, calculate and communicate ROI of pilot projects to determine next steps
Prior projects working with stakeholders have included:
o Optimization of back of house technology systems for inventory and ordering
o Evaluation of tools for daily prep and optimization of digital order fulfillment process
Be a strategic thinker and cross functional partner on very high priority and highly visibility projects to ensure the success and growth of CAVA.
The Qualifications:
Ability to drive high profile operations projects from idea and need to pilot completion
Success in Restaurant optimization strategy, gathering requirements, capturing data and telling the story
Strong Analytics skills to dive deep in the data to show trends and best practices.
Have the ability to work with all the stakeholders, listen and provide communication that is clear and concise.
Exceptional Data driven Microsoft Excel skills, BI skills and Presentation skills are a must
Demonstrated experience with analytical methods, ROI analysis, and project prioritization
Have the ability to translate complex ideas and concepts that can be understood by everyone
Be an active listener and ask thoughtful questions
