We are actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

The Sr Human Resources Business Partner acts as a key strategic and colleague relations partner business partner to assigned business divisions.
This position on our growing team will report to the Director of HR Business Partnership.
We are looking for a highly adaptive critical thinker and people coach in our rapidly growing company while providing dedicated HR business partner to a specific client group.

What you’ll do for Axia: Serve as a strategic and coaching partner to leaders and managers within your service lines Lead and participate in HR workstream for mergers and acquisitions activity with your assigned region.
This entails following a detailed project plan and high collaboration with our HR centers of excellence such as Total Rewards, Learning and Development, HR Shared Services, and our business leaders, and delivering high quality change management for internal and external stakeholders while executing the plan.
Also entails developing manager assimilation and training plans for effective acquisition integrations.
Lead the engagement strategy within your assigned client group for our annual employee engagement survey, coach to create actionable plans, conduct focus groups, build communication strategy while helping to drive enterprise-wide engagement strategy Partner with your business leaders in creating data-driven HR solutions.
Use the relevant data to inform and create insights for decision-making and performance.
Provide specialist and expert advice, guidance and counsel to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
This includes conduct, performance, progressive discipline, terminations and employee complaints.
Drive talent review sessions for your client group.
Lead business leaders to identify top talent and succession planning strategies.
Recommend and implement retention strategies to minimize unwanted attrition, particularly in business unit critical roles, specialty skill sets, and in highly competitive critical market places.
Roll up your sleeves to execute a full range of HR duties from high-level strategy to program design to problem-solving Enabling leaders and managers to be their best through direct, compassionate, and contextualized coaching What you’ll bring to Axia: Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable plans – a true understanding of HR KPIs (turnover, headcount, engagement, retention etc.) and the ability to apply other needed KPIs in order to determine route cause Change champion who is able to empathize in high change, high growth environments and able to develop support models to optimize change initiatives Critical thinker who can identify process improvement initiatives and creative solutions
– can think outside of the box when working through business challenges Strong business acumen and the ability to understand your client group’s financials Demonstrated leadership building and implementing programs in one or more functional areas of the HR discipline which may include employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, training and organizational development—preferably in the healthcare space during a period of rapid growth Strong expertise in employee relations and ability to provide credible HR guidance to and influence management at all levels, including Senior Leadership Exceptional communication skills, including group presentation and relationship development skills Confidence to challenge the status quo in a professional, poised, and articulate manner Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for projects with genuine ownership of quality What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s degree in HR development or related discipline preferred but not required Designations such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP are helpful but not required.
Demonstrated history of change management successes related to HR operations.
Approximately 7 years or more of experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within Human Resources.
A generalist background is preferred, however broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development is required.
