Cyber Security Analyst to provide cyber security duties for a Federal Client’s information systems.

You will need thorough knowledge and understanding of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISM), including the NIST 800 series Special Publications (SP) and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) guidelines and regulations.+ Review vulnerability / compliance scans+ Review and support Security packages+ Review and support SSP (System Security Plan)+ Review & support CP (Contingency Plan)+ Review system security controls requirements; ensuring compliance with all Federal laws, standards, and guidelines+ Remediation of findings from vulnerability scans and audits (A-123, annual CIO Annual FISMA)+ Document variances for vulnerability scan.+ Document security policy, processes, and procedures+ Document, review & support Incident Response Plan+ Review and Support FIPS 199+ Knowledge of IT security tool (e.g.

Splunk)+ U.S.

citizenship required+ CISSP certification+ Experience in Information system Security and Continuous Monitoring+ Experience in documenting and updating security policies and procedures+ Experience with reviewing System Vulnerability scans+ Experience with Oracle Database Security and Controls+ Strong understanding of network designs, protocols, and security related tools+ Strong written and verbal communication skills+ Cyber Security experience with knowledge of System Security Plans, Incident Response Plans, and working knowledge of security tools and technologies.+ Experience with NIST 800-53, Assessing 800-53 controls, FedRAMP, A, POA, ATO process.+ Ability to design and conduct security control assessments+ Experience with annual CIO Annual FISMA and FISCAM Metrics reporting+ Experience using security reporting tools and automated vulnerability scanners+ Strong understanding of the components of a Security Assessment and Authorization (SA) package, as well as an understanding of security technologies at the network, application, and database layers+ Experience with Oracle EBS Applications+ Experience with Linux+ Experience using Splunk or related SIEM technologies + Self-starter and have significant experience supporting federal clients at the CIO levelJob ID: 2021-1705 Clearance Required: Public Trust Citizenship Required: Yes External Company URL: http://www.tantustech.com/ Street: 111 K Street NE
