Sr. Client Executive-Payment Integrity/Accuracy

This is a Contract position in Washington, DC posted December 15, 2021.

Accomplished professional who builds and maintains trusted executive relationships based on a proven track record of delivering value to customers.

Position will focus on developing long-term relationships within the portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders within each customer.

Additionally, the position will require the ability to analyze operations, organizational challenges, and identify growth and investment opportunities.

This role will require the ability to define strategic account planning and deployment within the Payment Accuracy suite of solutions and services, ensuring we are meeting customerÂ’s needs and expectations.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Establishes productive, professional relationships within large healthcare organizations.

Help clients succeed with our products, develop a vision for how the product can be used, proactively identify potential issues that could hamper success, and ensure that the appropriate CHC resources are working to resolve these issues Identify opportunities for cross-selling new solution across CHC, selling add-on services, and lay the foundation for sales success.

Proven track record of successful management, service and/or revenue retention activities for complex customers or projects Proactively leads a collaborative strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones with clients (Quarterly Business Reviews) Ensure reference ability within customer base Professional and effective communication skills required including comfort with conversations that create clarity and improve collaboration at all levels within complex and diverse organizations Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with Excel, CRM tools, and Net Promoter Score preferred What are the requirements needed for this position?

Education/Training – BA/BS, MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 -10 years account management experience with specific experience working with Payer organization with a focus on payment accuracy or payment integrity.

Experience upselling, nurturing business relationships, retaining and expanding our clients foot print.

Demonstrated track record & proven quota performance What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

General office demands How much should I expect to travel?

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.

You will be required to travel 30%.
